FAQ

Four steps, then the questions people actually ask.

HOW IT WORKS, IN SHORT

You pick what you hand over and what you want back, then give a payout address and a refund address.

We issue one deposit address that belongs to your order alone. The rate is drawn at that moment and printed beside it.

Your coin becomes Monero. Then Monero becomes the coin you asked for. Anyone following the chain reaches Monero and stops.

The payout leaves from a different source than your deposit, after a delay, in an amount nobody would pick on purpose. All three, every order.

The long version is below, question by question.

WHAT DOES IT COST

Three per cent flat, or somewhere between three and four. You pick when you order.

Flat is cheaper and known before you commit. The band is quieter: a payout divided by 0.97 lands on your deposit and turns a suspicion into a confirmation. The band gives nothing to divide.

The network fee on the payout side is already inside the figure shown. Nothing is added afterwards.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE

Bitcoin wants two confirmations, so about twenty minutes. Ethereum wants ten, and its blocks come in seconds. Litecoin and Monero want seven each, roughly a quarter of an hour.

Then the payout delay runs on top, and it does not follow a schedule anyone can read.

The order page carries one time: the payout leaves before it. That figure is signed together with your rate and both addresses. It is a ceiling, not a minute — the chain can hold the withdrawal on its own side.

WHAT ARE THE LIMITS

Roughly two hundred dollars at the low end, two bitcoin at the high end, whatever those are worth today. The coin amounts move with the market; the live figures sit on the order page.

Four coins: BTC, ETH, LTC, XMR. Monero stands in the middle of every route between them.

Swapping a coin into itself is allowed for BTC, ETH and LTC — it breaks the link between your own addresses. Those orders get twenty-four hours instead of one, because nobody does that in a hurry.

Limits apply per order, not per person. A larger amount goes as several orders — each gets its own deposit address, its own rate and its own delay. That is how the service is built, not a way around it.

DO YOU ASK FOR DOCUMENTS

No. Not to open an order, not to pay you out, not for a refund, not in an argument. No amount triggers it.

There is no account here, so nothing exists to verify. We hold no address to write to, no name to check, no number to call.

Deposits go unexamined. Where your coin has been is not our business and does not change the outcome.

WHAT DO YOU KEEP

The order record lives three days after payout, then it goes. You can end it sooner from the order page.

The web server writes no visitor addresses at all. Not trimmed, not rotated — not written.

There is no email, no cookie and no tracker. The site carries no JavaScript, so nothing can fingerprint the browser either.

CAN I CHECK ANY OF THIS

Every order's terms are signed with our key: the rate, the amounts, the deadline and both addresses, signed at the moment your deposit address appears.

Download order.asc from the order page and verify it against the key. A good signature means what you saved is what we issued.

The fingerprint is published on the key page and inside the signed canary. Check it in both places before relying on it — if they differ, one of them is not us.

A canary is published quarterly, signed and carrying a recent Bitcoin block hash, so it cannot be written in advance. If it stops arriving on schedule, treat the silence as the answer.

WHAT CAN GO WRONG

Sent to the wrong address: gone. Sent on the wrong network: gone. Paid out to an address you mistyped: gone, and we cannot recall it.

Sent after the deadline: it comes back to your refund address, less the network fee. That happens on its own.

Read both addresses once before you commit. That reading is the whole insurance.

WHO RUNS THIS

Nobody you need to trust by name. Trust the key instead — every order is signed with it, the canary is signed with it. Check one and you have checked them all.

A name would give you nothing beyond the signature, and would give somebody else something.

WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

Timing. Two chains decide that, not us.

Availability. Any route can dry up or halt without warning, and that shows on the quote before you commit.

Unlinkability on transparent coins. Bitcoin stays public. Ethereum stays public. Our route breaks the link between the ends — it does not rewrite a chain.
